Course Description
Principles of Management analyses the managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Additional topics include entrepreneurship, ethics, social responsibility, human resource management, international management, organizational behavior and decision making. The course is intended to develop a diagnostic management style for managing in diverse organizational situations. This is a writing/communications intensive course.
