How can I view a Reaction Pathway after a
Gaussian Calculation?
Reaction pathways can be animated after completing an IRC (Intrinsic Reaction Coordinate) Gaussian calculation. Not many programs have the ability to display the multiple structures in the output file as an animation. Please select one of those programs from the list below.
