Martin   Jennifer Martin is an Associate Professor in the Business Administration Department teaching Management and Quantitative courses at York College of PA.  Dr. Martin earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Pittsburgh and her master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University in 1999.   Jennifer has taught a variety of courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in both psychology and business departments and especially enjoys helping students understand the value of statistics. Jennifer has been an organizational consultant for the Department of Labor, the Defense Mapping Agency and the United States Postal Service Headquarters.  She has also conducted research for Proctor & Gamble, Exxon, the Police Foundation and the Army War College in Washington, D.C.   Additionally, Jennifer has several publications and presentations in the areas of work/family conflict, leadership and the measurement of professionalism.   She is especially involved in work and family issues as she has two daughters, Leah and Cassidy.  Jennifer has served on the Board as Scholarship Committee Chair for the York County Women’s Fair and as Co-Chair of the Transition Team for the York County Commissioners.
