Text Box: Text Box: Sidney S. Sappington Sid Sappington earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and Master of Business Administration degree from Mt. St. Mary’s University.  He is currently an Associated Professor of Business Law and Entrepreneurial Studies at York College of Pennsylvania.  An active member of the American Business Law Association. A member of YCP Pre-Law Committee and a pre-law advisor to prospective law students. He is a member of the National Association of Pre-Law Advisors  for which he received his certification and a member of the Northeaster Region  Association of Pre-Law Advisors.  Professor Sappington also provides on a part time bases, financial and management consulting services to small/medium size businesses. Prior to joining the faculty at York College was Vice President of Operations and part owner for a property management and development corporation.  He served in the Maryland National Guard and U.S. Army Reserves as a FDC coordinator and instructor.
