Text Box: Text Box: Thomas D. Craven   An Assistant Professor of Management, Thomas D. Craven has been a faculty member at YCP since 1982.  Professor Craven received both his B.S. in Management and his M.B.A. with a major in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University. He has completed additional graduate work in Organizational Behavior, Management Theory and Human Resource Management at the University of Baltimore as well as doctoral coursework at Temple University. Prior to coming to YCP, Professor Craven was an Instructor in Business Administration at West Chester State University.  Tom is currently a member of the HR and OB divisions of the Academy of Management, Society for Human Resource Management and the Organizational Behavior and Teaching Society.
