Online Shopping Cart This website documents the a project management exercise to produce an online shopping cart for a company that sells action figures named Iron Wind Metals.  Thanks to Barry Boltz, Stacey Enders, David Ross and Mary Yingling.  Spring 2009.
Allentown Office Setup This is a website that illustrates the documents that should be produced during a project management exercise.  The case focuses on an actual office setup in Allentown.  Thanks to Stephanie Iachini, Kris Ledoux (nice tie!) and Jim Rausch.  Spring 2009.
Equipment Database Prototype This case study shows you the major documents created when performing a database prototype project that has use cases, entity relationship diagrams, and SQL Server 2007 and Access 2007.  Much thanks to Lloyd West who also participated on Kids for Life below!  Fall 2008.
Kids Fit for Life This web site and final report is the first good case study based upon project management principles.  It illustrates project management documents such as a project charter, scope statement, work-breakdown structure, and Gantt Chart; and standard business documents such as a business case, business financials, and a cost estimate.  It also demonstrates modeling techniques such as Use Cases, ERD's and Class Diagrams.  Good job!  Sp '08.

LCB Web Site This document is a design of a web site that was proposed by me and a company that I consulted with in the summer of 2002.  The client was a state Liquor Control Board.  The case study illustrates use cases, design document layout, and project effort estimation.
Olive Garden Inventory System The Olive Garden is examined in this OO case study.  The team examined scanning, touch pads, and wireless technologies in this project.  The business scenario can be found here and the analysis report here.  Sp '04.
Tran Radar Inventory Control System Tran Radar is an MIS that is designed to support a manufacturing inventory control system.  This OO case study looks at several input technologies such scanning, voice input, wireless, and RFID.  Get the scenario here.  Sp '04. 
Rite Aide Executive Support System This is an OO case study of an executive support system which is very different from an MIS.  Rite Aid distributes and sells pharmaceutical products.  The scenario can be found here.  Sp '04.
Just Cabinets This is an OO case study done by a team in my BSAD (IFS440) class during the Spring 2003 semester.  Just Cabinets is a mid-sized company that builds "off the shelf" and custom made cabinets.  You can find the scenario here.  Sp '03.

Animas Corporation This case was done by a project in my BSAD (IFS440) class.  It was submitted Spring 2002, and it illustrates the use of an Object-Oriented methodology.  The application which the case study relates to is a shipping and inventory system at a medical supplies company named Animas Corp. You can find the business scenario here. Gladfelter System This case also was done by a project in my BSAD (IFS440) class.  It also was submitted Spring 2002, and illustrates the use of an Object-Oriented methodology.  The application which the case study relates to is a hardware and software leasing/tracking system at Gladfelter. DMS System The Dispatch Management System case was done by an individual student and the html was designed by another. It illustrates a case study which is appropriate for BSAD (IFS440) and an individual project that was done  for HCI (IFS445). It is interesting because the case is about PDAs, component based programming, and cool html technqiues. F'01. 
PO System A short case study based upon a question and answer dialog. It illustrates DFD and ERD.

This is an HCI project that demonstrates how to design and implement an evaluation of two different interface design techniques (one is textual and the other is graphical and based upon the UML). F’99.
